The water boarding was done under bush policy.
It was legal at the time...therefore there was no argument to legalize torture.
Bush was already gone.
Several hundred detainees at gitmo..3 were boarded that uncovered information to another planned attack.
I have no problem with rational nations...I do have problems with radicals.

OK TM....that seems to me like a pretty strong argument for water boarding, which is by humanitarian definition , torture. It is a violation of the Geneva Convention, and that is why they wouldn't do it on US soil....

Bitching and moaning to me about 3 guys getting boarded changes nothing...I will not condemn those that legally boarded those three at the time....to do is chickenshit as they were looking out for the welfare of the united states.
Write your congressman if you dont like the way the law was written then...if you are lucky you may get a response back "what do you want us to do about it now"
