Well, based on my personal experience, my ex cheated on me. He promised to change, even transferring to a new company to distance himself from his other girl. However, I discovered they still see each other and even went abroad to spend quality time together. Haha. So, no, I don’t believe a cheater will change. Well, it still depends on the person.

Any person that has cheated at least once in a relationship would find it very difficult to change. The fantasy of tasting the body of another person would always stick with him. It takes extraordinary strength of character for someone that has cheated at least once to stop cheating.

I believe once a cheater, always a cheater. Life does not give you a second chance, so why should you give cheater a second chance.
