I'm sorry, but does that sentence come in coherent? If it does, please post that version instead.

I have already stated there are good laws and bad laws...
we can only discuss them here and can't do any more!

Allow me to reiterate that Christians or Hindus are not discriminated in Muslim countries within the frame work of that countries laws and Constitution or depending on personal grudges or enmities or International happenings, etc. For example. no non-Muslim can become the King of Saudia or the President of Pakistan!! American mind was not like as it is now against Muslims after the tragedy of 9/11.

Apart from these obvious exceptions non-Muslim have rights equal to other Muslim citizens....same is almost in America etc as well....in some case such as Mormons and Muslims are allowed to practice some of their religious
tenets freely such as marrying more than one woman, etc....

If we kept on blaming one another on such matters there would be no peace in the world because there is NO single law ,religion or standard which rules the world!

When I travelled through Malaysia I was told I would get a mandatory death sentence if I was in possession of any drugs, I know the USA is pretty extreme when it comes to that but the worst they would do for drugs is lock you away for the rest of your life.

I have no idea about that but apparently the Malaysian legislature might have promulgated that law
in the light of their cultural needs and societal psyche, etc. Maybe like the British they
don't have enough food to put on the table before a criminal who tried to cause inexplicable harm to society.

I am not sure but I have also heard that masturbation is also punishable by life sentence in Malaysia??
Oh, that must be terrible! But nothing of those punishments have religious roots!!

and you officially make less and less sense the more that you post.

Very simple question here, and maybe you can finally answer it. Is it okay for there to be laws that discriminate against Islam? You've already said that it's okay for laws to be enacted that discriminate against Christians, Jews, Hindus, etc. So please answer my question.

Secondly.

What does Queen Mary have to do with Jesus? Queen Mary was a British Monarch, and Jesus is the Son of God as held by the Christian faith. So what do those two have to do with each other?

Obviously Britain ia rich country... and are not hasty in getting rid of their criminals. (past banishment of their citizens to Australia being an exception though)

Drug traffickers are simply beheaded in the UAE and Saudia....
Laws are not alike in every state, not even in the Americas!

Queen Mary?? When did I mention about Queen Mary or Bloody Mary of Scotland??
Sorry I did not have her in mind during this discussion ...

Boy, how come Queen Mary enter your mind??
I did not mention her and any resemblance to her or her acts is mere coincidence.

You don't have to tell me who Jesus is, I know him and God as well!

Umm, yes you did.

No games, dude! I said I have heard about it but that's unbelievable under the nature of things!!

Just like some Christians like to malign Queen Mary and Jesus by attributing funny stories to them this one is also a funny joke!

You really need to stop lying, especially since it's so easy to prove that you're doing it. You can't even keep your stories straight in one single thread.

Not exactly....
Laws are man-made and always subject to change with changing conditions...
History leaves a lesson to learn from it for carving a better future ...
Maybe the Malaysians reconsider doing away with death sentence at some later time...maybe, but who knows
it happens vice versa in some developed country!!

Okay, let's get back to the topic :: Burqa and Australia!!:)

Pass!

That's a hypothetical question.
simply reply: as long as those laws do not conflict with your own Constitution or Laws!

It actually isn't a hypothetical question. It's a very direct and to the point question based on the discriminatory laws in Muslim countries.

Then the burqa issue in Australia should be a non-issue. Banning them is, as far as I am aware, in no way in violation of the laws of Australia, so they have every right to do it.

Thank you for finally proving my point... God, I was beginning to think you were too obtuse to answer a simple question.

sorry, I surely seem to have forgotten that..... because the Queen Mary referred to does not relate to the
Queen of England!!

My reference was to Queen or Mother Mary, the mother of Jesus!

She's not Queen Mary in anything I've ever read. Also, are quotes really that difficult of a thing for you to master? Geez.
