Interesting...

so the airliners that most of us have seen ploughing into those towers weren't passenger planes?

and what about the plane that was brought down?.....theres even recordings of the last phone calls

the impact didn't bring the towers down.....weight did.......the heat never melted the main supports sufficiently to collapse the towers on they're own....but it did melt them enough to buckle them with all of the weight tht was left on top of the impact areas

ive even seen questions asked about the lack of wreckage from the pentagon impact....well lets face it,the pentagon building has walls that are about 15 feet thick and made of re-inforced concrete and steel.....the speed that the plane was moving possibly caused it to shatter into pieces on impact

being from the other side of the pond i can see things a little differently.....i dont like bush,but......theres no way in hell that this event was his doing

Phone calls don't mean a person was in the plane. One of the recorded phone calls, The guys tells his mother, when she answers the phone, who he his by using his first name & last name. Who does this?

Plus the engines of the plane that are supposed to have shattered into tiny pieces because they didn't leave markings on the pentagon wall. well those engines are the strongest part of the plane. Yet the fuselage, which is the weakest part of the plane, went straight through the wall.

Strange.

People have facts that it wasn't?
Yes

reality.

But, if you want my opinion, the single most powerful reason why 9/11 wasn't a government conspiracy is: The government could never keep that sort of operation secret. There are so many people in the government that would have leaked it out and blew the whistle its ridiculous.

Sorry, I'll believe it when I see raw facts. And that goes both ways.

I understand that point of view. Though, if they could keep it secret, no one could tell if they were hiding something, just like now. I don't think it's impossible.

There are raw facts. There have been SEVERAL times where professionals in several fields have looked at the evidence and independently came to the conclusion that no, there were no controlled explosions, the pentagon was hit by the jet liner and so on.

I mean, what makes you think it was a conspiracy?

I've stated that I don't believe either way.

And there have been professionals come out for the conspiracies also. This is why I'm on the fence with this.

Well, what specifically about the 9/11 happenings do you think are the most suspicious?

He did bring these specific points up.

Oops, didn't see that. I never heard of the telephone thing, to be honest, so I'll look into that part.

As for the pentagon, I mean, there's dozens and dozens of eyewitness accounts of a jumbo jet going over their cars and knocking over light posts. Did they just imagine it? I don't think so. Plus there is wreckage of the liner they found all over the place.

Oh yeah, my last boss was driving home after a night shift. He takes the 395 right next to the pentagon. He saw the plane fly low from where he was on the highway. He didn't see the explosion though.

So again, many compelling arguments.

My friend's uncle has a co-worker who's daughter said her boyfriend's mom saw a klingon attack cruiser fire on the pentagon with disruptors.

gLing. There are both putting up claims with pretty good evidence. But neither one outweighs the other.
Exactly. So you'll just keep believing what you want to believe.

I, however, will veer towards the far more rational and logical solution, even if it is the more boring one.

BTW, for those who aren't familiar with 'Maddox'... his writing style is deliberately humorous (and at most times, offensive), which is not to say that he doesn't make valid points from time to time (and I thought he made several very valid points in that article... how is it that Dylan Avery's video was not suppressed?). I thought his little cartoons were very apt as well.
