9/11 Attacks -- TOO CREEPY!

In that video PM posted, watch these sections-

28:30 mark to 38:07 mark, 51:55 mark to 1 hour, 1 minute, 38 secondsmark, and 1hour, 1 minute, 38 seconds mark to end mark. I honestly can say, with a straight face, no tears in my eyes, that 9-11 is a hoax. The wings on the damn jet that hit the Pentagon would have added much more to the damage. And why IS there a white line on the lawn days before the attack? And why is it that the lawn was unscathed when a jet supposedly landed on the grass. Why won't they release the tapes from the gas station, hotel, and highway?

Agreed.

And I believe more of those Loose Change "conspiracies" than the government's shitty excuses.

Yeah the actions of Larry Sliverstein days before the attacks, and his results after the attack are more than just weird or coincidental.

I've always believed you can make a convincing argument for practically anything. I reckon it's important to keep that in mind before believing every youtube video you see.

I can't say for sure that every conspiracy theory is a load of rubbish. Indeed, you almost have to think that a small percentage probably would be true. However, I can say this for sure:

The difference between a conspiracy theorist and a rationalist is that the former decides on a conclusion, and then screens out any facts that disagree with this conclusion. This is true of 9/11 conspiracy theorists, moon landing conspiracy theorists, hell, even Creationists. A rationalist, on the other hand, will consider all points of view and, perhaps most importantly, won't accept someone's convincing argument just because they want it to be true.

Going off on a tangent a bit, I watched a show called Criss Angel Mindfreak the other day, where this guy did all these incredible tricks. I thought they were amazing, wondered how the hell he did it, but the skeptic in me kept wondering if it was fake. I wanted it to be true, but I looked it up on the internet all the same, and what do you know: it's common knowledge that he uses video effects in his show. Steven Spielberg is as much of a magician as Criss Angel is.

And I think there's an important lesson to be learnt from that.

Actually, yes, you do have a very good point there.

I couldn't go believing all, but there some things that could be pretty much on the spot.

I like your way of thinking there actually. Good post. :)

99% of those mass forwarded e-mails are complete BS. I got one about the "real" Barack Obama. The e-mail assured me it was totally factual as confirmed by Snopes but funny thing when I went to Snopes to see it was all bunk. This one about the number 11 is different but no less a waste of time.

Yeah, they are such ridiculous things normally. I never open emails from anyone unknown, gets deleted straight away - having read that post that dodge put here, just proves that things go too far - having said that, there still could be something in it, but not enough to make me wonder or too puzzled.
