3-2 win in the end. Yet another great comeback in a game, it's just what we do, and this was very much deserved because despite being 2-0 down we never looked out of it. We just needed a goal, got that and went on to win, again deservedly. It's nice to beat City again I must say. Now for the season to start and West Brom next Sunday.

Postives are that despite the goal he conceded which he should have done much better with, De Gea looked quite good. Cleverley didn't look out of place at all. Welbeck looked slightly off but he'll have better game. Evans/Jones combination looked comfortable in the second half. Nani looked excellent.

I want to know why he wasn't awarded a big mac though. He won the Mcdonalds MOTM, surely logic should folllow.

Well I'll certainly take a draw after the 4-2 loss in the Gold Cup final... we had so fucking many chances in the last 15 minutes of the game though. Fucked over by the horrible officiating on four of them. All in all though, a decent start to the Klinsmann era... he did what Bradley never seemed to be able to do, make changes at halftime that had a positive effect.

Germany beat Brazil 3-2, really good game to watch on the most part. Brazil seem to be declining a little bit while Germany are bringing through more promising youngsters. Goetze was one who looked very good last night and scored a good goal.

One takedown is at 3:27 and the one that should've been a red card is at 4:19. The other two weren't in the video.

I think the first one is but the defender has been very sneaky in that the ref probably hasn't seen his leg come out because he's at the other side of the defender who came away with the ball. The second one was a red card I have to say, the defender has denied a clear goalscoring opportunity.

All I know is that CONCACAF officials are horrible. Hell, I think I could probably officiate games better than most of the ones I've seen... and I haven't reffed anything since high school games a decade ago. There was also a clear corner that we were denied on after Shea played the ball deep and his cross was deflected off of the Mexican defender... went for a goal kick for some unknown reason.

On the first one, the angles they showed weren't that great... the replays they showed during the game showed it was a deliberate foul. There were two others almost exactly like it too.

Possibly the worst game I've ever watched... Can't see arsenal finished in the Top 5 this season.
