For sure..its as if they want to have a public execution without a trial as the way it was done centuries ago
i think the media knows just how to push buttons and get people in a frenzy. that doesnt mean zimmerman was in the wrong or guilty and im not the police or a member of the jury (if there would so happen to be one) so its not my place to make any ruling.

Nah - I agree with Zorak - no point.
Its very well balanced and covers several areas...from possible motive to the self defense aspect.
Its seems you would make the proper selections according to your thoughts as to his motive..Murder requires motive right?

Actually, I know quite a lot of conservatives who believe like I do that Zimmerman should be charged, prosecuted and face a jury of his peers.
The knuckle-dragging-neanderthal-tea-bagging-nut-job wing of conservatives want to give Zimmerman a medal.

No, actually it doesn't. Only on TV do they obsess over motive. It sometimes helps in a murder case but it is not required.
How about, "I am a moderate, let's not jump to conclusions, let's hear the facts first. Let's have justice, not vengeance. Let that elderly couple Spike Lee forced into hiding sue him for everything he's got, because left to him, the Black Panthers, and others we'd have another LA riots on our hands coming up on the twentieth anniversary thereof"?
The options were merely based on the odd discussions going on in the many threads.
Some claimed a race hate crime..but implied anyone is a racist or bigot that stated they wanted documentation to support that position
The options are not about me...but merely about what I have been reading here and how some of it is rather a demand for stone age justice.
I also have the innocent until proven guilty belief such as you /which gives Zimmerman the benefit of the doubt until further evidence comes in,
My choices in this poll reflect that.
I also have expressed concerns in the other threads that the shooter Zimmerman may be lying...However these concerns are just that...We cant arrest someone because of a feeling or a concern that someone is lying.
An intentional squeezing of the trigger in a murder case would have motive,,even if it was just to watch someone die.
Essentially my position..except I do not claim to be moderate,liberal ,conservative etc.

News sells...if there isnt anything exciting create it...I think that is what they done...without all the exaggerations etc it wouldnt have been national news.
Its a shame..as news used to be about the recording of events...but now holds no loyalty to accuracy
