I agree the kid is way out of line but instead of wanting to tell his gran, you want to hurt him !!!
Gezz......I hope you wouldn't but just speaking it makes what he did seem minor as to what you want to do to him .
Tell his gran and tell him not to come to your house anymore for anything. :cool

for anyone to believe that im serious about hurting a child, they're obviously not a parent and have had to deal with things like annoying kids

I would just make him off limits to your son. It could be he just needs someone who can care for him (how old is his great-grandmother?!) but if it's going to be an issue, I'd just stop it right now.

MY son is *5* and KNOWS better than to act like this 7 yr old rude little shit! i'll be damned if my son thought he could get away with doing what this boy is doing!

and i did talk without anger in my voice first. it obviously didnt work

they wanted specifically Sunny D. thats not a just because drink. thats my sons dinner drink and he knows it, but asked anyway. i told him no and said he could have water. he stayed inside and drank it inside and put it back in the fridge and went back outside. he didnt tell the little heathen he got a drink, i heard him say "my mom said no" and thats when he took it upon himself to walk into MY house UNINVITED and question my authority!

every 7 yr old i know knows better than to do/act like this

Fair enough...I didnt see anywhere in your OP where you offered him a glass of water instead....you mst have left that bit out. All you said was your son got one, then when other kid came back in....you told him to go home and get his own. You can see where the confusion can start.:)

:nod::nod::nod:

The kid is gonna be nothing but trouble.

Even only a 2 years age difference is a bit at that age.

The kid has no social structure which is sadly far too common in such circumstances

LoL cause i didnt! i told MY SON he could have a drink if he was thirsty. he came in the house ALONE. so the little heathen had no idea if my son got a drink or not because he went back outside and told him "my mom said no" and then thats when the kid came in and questioned me

I understand with strike 2 and 3, although I can see with him being a little kid that he might not know any better or might not have been taught any better. But I have to agree with other posters about giving the kid a cup of tap water. What have past interactions with him been like?
I disagree with strike 2 and 3 because it's a 7 year old little boy we're talking about here. Nobody in their right mind would yell at a 7 year old for something as trivial as that. You talk to the kid and show him kindness. It's the only way you'll get through to him. By getting pissed off and treating him like shit you accomplish nothing.

I understand being upset, not necessarily the reaction. I asked about previous interactions because if it was an ongoing thing i could see getting super frustrated.

All kids are annoying .... even yours believe it or not. They still deserve respect and to be treated like humans with feelings. Yes I'm a parent and I also have two grandsons and what I can tell you is I have never treated any kid the way you have. If I ever witnessed anything like that I'd step in so fast it would make your head spin.

If an adult can't control their emotions around kids when they do something as trivial as he did they don't deserve to be around them and they certainly don't deserve to have any of their own.

Get the hell off your high horse. You of all people should not be lecturing her on controlling emotions.

You amaze me... :thumbdown

Well your wrong.
I've raised four children and yes there were times when I ran into a child that I disliked.
But I never had the urge to hurt him or even speak it.
So its not so obvious is it ?
I don't think you would do it by looking at your picture but after working with the police on child abuse cases, your comment hit a nerve.
Tell the boys gran and tell him to stay away from your house. :thumbup

I thought she did give him a glass of water, and he put it in her fridge. I need to learn to read.

I would give just about anyone a glass of water if they came to my door, and asked.

YMMV.
Here in AZ if someone comes to your door and asks for a drink of water. It is against the law to deny them. I guess the whole we live in a hot ass desert thing come into play with that one.

Plus your naked idea would have me knocking on every door in Texas!:ninja
