if america,and britain for that matter..pulled out of iraq and afghanistan would we still be fucked?.....those campaigns are costing billions which could be ploughed back into the relevant economies

I got no problem with blaming the republican presidents listed for increasing the debt but it is laughable to have Obama listed like that. His legacy will clearly be as the president with the largest increase of spending on his watch. Comparing his 2 years to others is disingenuous
In addition is removes congress from blame. Spending starts in congress. They initiate and approve all appropriations.
It's pretty sad when I can't remember the numbnutz who ran against Obama. I do remember wasting my vote on Ron Paul because everyone else that was running made me scratch my head.

Clinton did hold debt. You thought he paid off all the debt? Nope, I remember the big broohaha once the surplus was official. The repubs said to use it to pay down the debt but the dems wanted to give it back t the people in the form of tax breaks ... or was it the other way around? Doesn't matter. They were happy enough to run the debt back up under Bush 2.
McCain was a stupid asshole for going with a good looking dumb ass bitch who was republican.
Admittedly, I wasn't too fond of Mccain on how he dumped his first wife and married into money which did nothing but help him in Politics, but he was the lesser of two evils IMO.

There weren't a ton of people that actually liked Palin - there were idiots who thought that she was "hot" and other idiots that kept calling her a "VPILF" and other such turd-wrangling descriptions. She scared the fucking piss out of me because she didn't even understand the BASICS of our government AND she was a speaking-in-tongues fundamentalist. Coupled with the fact that her own daughter had "abstinence-only" education (and ended up knocked-up higher than a kite), Palin also QUIT her elected job, and when she opens her mouth she sounds like an uneducated hick... and then all the book deals and whoring out her family to media...
