Where to draw the line?

Its really a matter of respect at the end of the day as well as manners. personally I'll hold a door open for anybody be they male or female,its just politeness really.Same with stuff like lifting,if its something heavy I'll offer to help,too often today people just think of themselves and have to be first in the door or get where they are going before everybody else,similar thing to roadrage and driving agressively.

Well of course I know wtf I'm doing. Remodeling houses...you learn a LITTLE more than just painting walls! ;)
 
Regarding the opening the door stuff:

It kills me when I'm walking toward a door...say here in the garage at work...the some man flies in front of me to whip the door open like I'm royalty. Friggin hilarious when this happens and when I see this happen in other instances.
 
Man just tryin to get some attention. Maybe he wants to ask you on a date, but he's too shy. Since he doesnt have the balls to ask you, he wants to do something to make himself part of your day. But you dont see that do you!!! Do you Cindy! You dont notice me and you never did!!! *walks out sobbing.*
 
Boomer, the guys that want your attention to ask you out but are too shy are ALSO too shy to make a spectacle of themselves getting to a door to open it for you. The door sprinters are wanting attention alright, but it's not sincere.
 
I will admit though that I do expect my woman to do most of the cooking.. I will cook sometimes, but women are just better at cooking home meals than I am. And a good home meal is important to keep a family sane.

That is archaic. Men can cook. You've just never bothered to learn, 'cause someone's obviously been feeding you. But hey, I'll agree with you. If a man WANTS to do all the cooking, I'll sit on my ass and watch the game 'til dinner is served.
