You're aware, I love Yakisoba! I thought it only comes in one sauce .....:willy_nilly:
I've never heard Ankake sauce b4....what's that? :unsure:

Anake Sauce simply is made up of potato starch, soy sauce, sugar, and water. It is basically used for Tofu Dishes at times, but I like using it on Yakisoba as well as sort of a glaze.

I've got pot roast w/ onions and carrots (no potatoes on SouthBeach, boooooo), brown rice, and butter beans. YUM!!!

I guess you get this kind of seasoning from Japanese/Asian stores eh? :unsure: I wanna try Anake and I might like it over regular Yakisoba sauce which tends to be quite sweet and strong for me :p Thanks :)

As I had said though...it is best tried with Tofu overall.
