Anake Sauce simply is made up of potato starch, soy sauce, sugar, and water. It is basically used for Tofu Dishes at times, but I like using it on Yakisoba as well as sort of a glaze.​

I guess you get this kind of seasoning from Japanese/Asian stores eh? :unsure: I wanna try Anake and I might like it over regular Yakisoba sauce which tends to be quite sweet and strong for me Thanks

Well, I like Tofu too- so if I don't like the sauce with Yakisoba- there's always tofu. :thumbup
