I had french onion soup, a salad (no cheese, no croutons, dressing on the side), and a steak from Outback.

I had in the fridge some cabbage left from the parties but i had enough of salad and no one else wanted any:p

anyway i make a winter food we used to make at home you can make it with pork also but put very little rice just enough to take the water damn taste good but also when you don't have meat or don't want any on the food we used to make cabbage-rice it is simple food need very few ingredients and taste fantastic

only i had left the red cabbage i was worried how will be as we use the white for that

anyway i cooked it i said how bad will be just will not look very nice because if the colour
lol turn the same just a little red

here a picture from online i usually put more cabbage to have compare to this photo ..but look very similar(lol not today just red)

a food i will make sure i make more often again i like this :willy_nilly:

Seems like you've used sticky rice eh? :p

It reminds me of this food my grandma used to make: Arroz ala Valenciana ( not seen it with egg b4 tho- maybe a decorative piece )

the photo was a random from online usually i use the round rice it is much better for this food
seasoning is way too simple

just boil the cabbage with a little of oil when is almost done add black pepper (i put a lot but not very hot one) and usually some beef stock (the cubes it is just fine) and salt but if you add beef cubes be careful with the salt maybe wont even need any
you can add a little of onion and some fresh tomatoes if you like


some people make it different add more seasoning but i prefer it simple the taste there so why add more

btw my food turn great i had lunch and dinner
i will make it again for sure
like i said it is simple and fast food to cook and not cost a lot

Gutted, got an email about a secret shopping assignment for an italian restaurant for dinner tonight, but we've already got friends coming over :( so instead of free pasta, probably cheap chinese.
