I had Mediterranean Hummus, a Mushroom Panin and some Corn Grits...I'm about puke it was all too rich for me.

I had re-heated KD and Lays Sour Cream & Onion chips with a Pepsi. :ninja I know, I know...my diet sucks. I wasn't very hungry today. :surrender

Cajun cheese stuffed Anaheim peppers, sweet and zesty bbq'd chicken legs, maple cure baked beans, pineapple.
OMG yup I'm happy I can eat spicy stuff again. Well ok the peppers weren't that spicy, but I've missed spicy!

I actually cooked today. I had a baked potato covered in cheese and crumbled bacon. Oh, that is some good stuff.

My kids were so excited for ABC/123 spaghettios with meatballs. LOL it's so cute how the simple things really make them the happiest.

We went down to the state park down the street and ate at their restaurant. I got chicken strips and fries. I was not impressed at all. However, the banana pudding was wonderful. I couldn't eat nearlya s much of it as I wanted though.
