I had some gnocchi w/ spinach and garlic parmesan alfredo sauce topped w/ melted parmesan cheese. Twas yummy if I do say so myself.

I made ribs in the broiler and the smoke detector wouldn't stop beeping even though I didn't burn anything. SOOOOoooooooooooooooooo I took the battery out for a while.

Last night I made buffalo turkey burgers. Somehow all the grill seasoning wound up in my burger. I couldn't finish it so Matt started to, and it said it was a lot more potent than his. It had potential too.

Tonight, I'm making taco bake. I actually just so happen to have a picture on my computer:

Ooey gooey cheesy mess. Yum!!!

It's heavenly. And it's amazing with a nice glass of red wine, even if it's one of the cheapest things I cook.

It was a roomie's pan. I got a prettier one now.

I sent half the leftovers with Matt for lunch (his coworkers are getting jealous of his lunches) and I'm eating the other half, oh, about right now. :nod:

No clue what I'm going to do tonight. I need to go shopping.
