I found a recipe I really like and made it for a gang visiting a couple of months ago...going to give it a go again tonight and then it'll be for lunch tomorrow, perhaps Wednesday.

BTW...I made a roasted pepper dip (mix) for the party on Saturday night. Just couldn't get my ass in gear to get creative.
