Today menue is: Oven baked chicken drumsticks, with cabbage and carrot salad ...just a simple salad just olive oil and lemon for the dressing ..and garlic bread too

Not sure...we're getting take out @ work today, so it all depends on how much I pig out.

I think grilled fish of some sort would work tho.

I suck at making sweet potato fries, Natasha and Dana lol I am envious.

Tonight, idk...I didn't thaw anything, the kitchen has been destroyed by my teenage parents, I think I might resort to subway.

MMMM sweet potato fries! Mine turn out alright, in the oven. I like tossing them in a bit of oil, honey and cardamom....yummy!

I usually:

cut them in thinnish slices, let them dry with paper towel, put on a a cookie rack on a cookie sheet in the oven covered in a bit of olive oil and spices (paprika, sea salt, cracked pepper, garlic powder) and cook until soft. Then I put them in a frying pan and try to crisp them, but they never seem to crisp up how I want them to.

Heat the cookie sheet first....they get crispier if they go right on a hot pan. From my experience, anyway.

Friday treat for you by the sounds of it well I put on some weight over the past 2 days so will be s salad based snack for dinner tonight for me.
