The Sharia in Suadi is Saudi Sharia, in Iran Shia Sharia, in Pakistan Sunni Sharia, etc etc

On the note of giving to the poor, I know that one of the five Pillars of Islams is to give a certain percentage of money to the poor (if that household can afford it) right?
Does anyone have any evidence that proves the money doesn't go to the poor?

i have a question for you. generally a debate is for other people to actually learn something. i see people asking valid questions but not getting an answer. there are people who are reading this thread but are not posting. if you are debating it is up to YOU to supply the facts and sources of your facts (at least from what i remember in high school). have the rules of debating changed in the past 20 something years?

opinions, propaganda and conspiracy theories arent truthful answers.
you also seem to insult anyone who questions you, everyone is being polite and asking genuine questions to get a better understanding and knowledge. Calling people trolls in every other post is not constructive and simply diverts attention away from your lack of tolerance of other peoples opinions. I have seen noone insult or goad you, yet you seem to do exactly that.

No, the rules haven't changed but anybody who is participating in the debate should know what he's discussing about. while talking about Saudia they ask me about the geography of that country and that in no way is
on-topic. they can google or read that in a book...Likewise, the opponents in a debate are not required to ask me WHY such and such country doesn't do this or that...maybe for once it may be okay but circuitry is not
appreciated ...they go round and round because they don't read the entire thread wherein their questions have already been answered...

The thread is about What is Sharia, not about Saudia or anything else. Those posters who seem to mislead you
are asking irrelevant questions....just to waste time and me to go over repeating the same thing to them over and over again!!

If they have doubts about my statement they ought to explore, research and Google is ideal for that purpose, and refute it instead of passing aspersions in response without proof!

Lol yeah that's true.

Still I think he has a point a few pages back about only wanting quotes from the Qur'an, because the Qur'an is the only real thing that will tell you what Sharia Law is and is not.
If you ask someone what they think Sharia Law is, without reference to the Qur'an, their interpretation may be confounded, so I think that's why he was asking on that one, I don't know.
