The Battle of Britain was won by Britain and by Britain alone before the US joined the war. So much for saving our "pansey asses."

The US didn't join the war to save our "pansey asses". Germany declared war on the US.

The defeat of the Nazis was a joint effort, tho maximum points should go to the Russians, not the US.

Their obsession with American's lack of interest in soccer. Apperently kicking a ball around a field is a "world wide event" and all other sports are trivial passing phases.

It's a sport, all sports are trivial, they are for spectators entertainment, we happen to not find that source of entertainment very entertaining

Also, food is mediocre and is way expensive to visit.
Other then that, good place with a good coutry side, invented most of my favorite styles of beer and people there seem to be easy to get along with and have a good sense of humor, unless you are talking about kicking a ball around a field for 3 hours.

But I wasnt. He assumed I was. There werent any fox holes in ww2, we just dropped a bomb and ended the shit. They say we owned a bunch of civvies but didnt even mention the civvies Japan owned when they bombed pearl harbor. You guys act like we dropped that shit for no reason. Sure we killed more, but you cant hate. We strive to exceed expectations everyday. :)

Nothing really comes to mind except the cost of living is high. Mostly I like Great Britain. I've been there a multitude of times. However I admit I'm not really into the political scene there. My guess there are some asses running around. ;)

Funny, its the other way around, at least on this forum. All the threads about American football and no one goes in there bashing that sport yet every single thread about football has USA members in it trying to bash it.
