If you have dogs like mine that bark just for fun, over EVERYTHING, and you want ton fix it buy this birdhouse. It worked instantly! We have 3 very vocal dogs, a german sheppard (THEY ARE NOTORIOUS BARKERS)and 2 little yippy dogs. It has even helped with their indoor barking, they definately think twice before they do it. I am not telling you anything but the truth, I wish I had bought this months/yrs ago. It has helped even our neighbors dog who would get it a bark-off with our dogs. Now they are angels. It has only been up for about 14 hrs. and I feel compelled to promote this product to anyone considering buying it. It is well worth the money!

Sec. 10-3. - Complaints of public nuisance animals.
(a)

(b)
If the warning given to the person alleged to be keeping the animal set forth in subsection (a) of this section is ineffective, then the complainant shall have the right to appear before the municipal court warrant clerk between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and complete an affidavit/summons against the owner or keeper of said animal. The restrictions of time will be in order for the warrant clerk to receive verification of the written warning.

Thanks for finding this information for Fred :thumbup

If anyone had read my other posts in this thread, they would see that I had a similar issue happening in my neighborhood and found loads of information doing a little research.. After I gathered all of that, I went to the proper authorities and found help.
The reason I posted all that I did here, was to help Fred with some of the information that worked for me personally, and I sincerely hope he will take advantage of some..

As for the others that have posted about the bark collars, I would like to say that although your posts are well intentioned, and those collars work, they are expensive.. and they have to be used on your OWN dog..

Fred cannot go and buy bark collars and use them on his neighbor's dogs.. he can be charged with trespassing at the least.. or more, depending on what kind of person his neighbor is..

If the person that owns those dogs is anything like my neighbors, he will be better off going to the police first, armed with all the information he will be gathering before hand like I did.
I am sure he will find help from the proper authorities, and he will be able to enjoy his peace and quiet like I do now.

The answer to every problem is not always to go to the authorities

I would talk to them first and be specific about the issue to at least give them a chance.

I would then take some video of the problem as evidence and tell them you don't want to get the authorities involved but you need some help on this.

Then I would feed them some rat poison :ninja;):D

We have abandoned the concept of a neighborhood. However one still needs to make an effort to confront. I know I would be pissed if I found out my dog was causing problems and the neighbors went to the police first without talking to me.

Well, I would do exactly like the others have said in previous post. I would have to say you might have to confront the owners. Perhaps they will try and work something out with you so you don't have to be disturbed. Hopefully, everything works out for you.
