Actually, I'm looking at a four story building...
1st Floor- Dance Floor/Stage, Dining (all ages)
2nd Floor- Kitchen (restricted) and Restrooms (all ages)
3rd Floor- Lounge/Bar (adults)
4th Floor- Satin's Play Pen (key card access)
... yes, I'm bored at work. :ninja

Got it covered...
Imagine a four story building, the entire left side composing the stage and dance floor. The right side is a 4-layer cake... 1st floor opposite stage, dining. Second floor, kitchen and restrooms with a balcony overlooking the stage. Third floor, lounge/bar with balcony overlooking the stage. 4th floor, Satin's Play Pen, with balcony overlooking the stage. The balcony on the 3rd and 4th floor can be closed, blocking the sounds from the stage if desired.
So, if a major act comes in we can clear out the dining area of tables, move the pool table from the lounge and offer SRO space for 500-600.
If there is no act on the stage the dance floor can be cut in half and used for video games or additional tables.

So, she ends up dealing with the personnel stuff and I'm stuck in the back doing paperwork.

As far as the Smoking Room goes... I think we can do that. I don't think Satin's needs the entire 4th floor.
