V's Place has always been mine.

I "opened" it when Jim had his hissy fit and moved "his" bar to the UG.

I thought the board needed someplace where everybody could hang out without stupid fucking drama, not just VIP's over 18.

We call it V's Place because I'm "leasing" the space from her. Besides, if I called it "Sam's Place" I'd have been sued by Warner Brothers.
