Vegetarianism

have an uncle (by marriage) who dropped dead at 46 from a heart attack and was the picture of health.

Who gives a fuck?

Anectodotal evidence is shit, fellas

Actually changing life style habits, percentage wise does make a difference. It's not a 100% guarantee by any means but for many it makes a huge difference especially if your genetically susceptible.

BTW I had a neighbor who was the picture of health, out working in his yard and garden, he looked like he was in the best of shape but he all most died of a heart attack brought on by smoking. His age: 42.

Eating mostly vegetables is probably better for you than a high meat, protein, fat, sugar, diet.

Speaking of vegetarianism, I had the most amazing dinner tonight.

Red beans and rice, macaroni pie, cucumbers, sliced tomato, some greens (yeah, I eat healthy)
....and the piece de resistance......the most friggin amazing stewed chicken. Nicely browned and scrumptiously delicious.
I left my stewed chicken for last of course, because I'm well mannered like that. Just a little nibble here and there so as not to make it feel neglected but making sure to leave the best for last.

It tasted so good it was almost orgasmic. I even smiled contentedly. :)<-----like that, with a sort of like droopy after-sex nice feeling.

Anyways, just wanted to share that with you as the vegetarianism thing came to mind.
And I'm quite proud I didn't forget the vegetables and stuff. Didn't want to make them feel neglected. I give all of them a chance to balance things cause that's how I rolls. Yeah, I eat healthy thank you.
