Re: zirconaz talks to herself
Plastic definitely makes a difference on accident survival.
I have a small porcelain horse that I received as a gift from my Great Aunt when I was a child. My sister was mad at me one day and snapped his lower leg off. It's glued on... with what I have no idea.... but it's hard to see it unless you are really looking. There's a line of course. That horse resides in my china cabinet along with the others.
Pay back to my sister was taking a springer spaniel that this same Great Aunt had given her and snapping his damn tail off. Bwahahahahahahahahahaha.....
Man..... Children are wicked at times. :willy_nilly:
Aw, that sucks.I haven't broken one of my models yet. My mom broke the wing off of my pegasus. I sent it back to the artist for repairs, though, so now it's as good as new again. I find it odd that I've never broken one. Most of them are plastic so I guess that makes a difference.
WAIT!!!! I HAVE broken one. I knocked my porcelain Arab (I only have two porcelains) with a candle holder a few years ago and broke the tail off.I haven't been able to find a glue that will stick to porcelain.
