I made an eye appointment yesterday for next Thursday.. because I am past due and on the last pair of contacts that are driving me nuts. I rarely wear my contacts these days, but when I do I can't have itchy eyes. I ALWAYS keep a spare pair in case of tearing or loss, but this time I just put them in and kept going. My allergies make it such a PITA that I just wear my glasses most of the time. I have prescription Oakley half jackets, so sunglasses are covered.
Oh shit, I have no sunglasses for going away

The part in Goblet of Fire where Mrs. Weasley is comforting Harry in the hospital wing after the whole Triwizard fiasco makes me cry every time. It doesn't matter that I've read the series multiple times now, I still get misty when I read that. :ninja

Half Jackets are an Oakley sunglass model... they have interchangeable lenses.. I have plain dark gray lenses, prescription clear lenses, and prescription dark gray sunglasses
