The stuff on our top shelf is half frozen half the time..
I just hope it wasn't a lot left.. I hate dumping milk down the drain.. I end up making butter milk biscuits.

Something like the following. It lasts 7 days (at least) when open. They basically remove more of the bacteria.

I have no idea if it's filtered or not but the expiration date is always more than 7 days when I buy it.
