Hmm, is there imput settings to get to cable? We have to have our tv set to component 3 to see the cable.

I've got RCA cables from the cable box to the receiver and an HDMI cable from the receiver to the TV. My cable box does not have an HDMI output. Just coaxial or RCA.

No they are not new but they're in good shape. I've been using them up to now with no problem.

I think maybe I need to get an HD cable box. Maybe that's my problem. The sub-woofer also doesn't work when I plug in my iPod. What's the point of listening to my music if I can't boom out the 1812 Overture?
