The Official WWE/TNA thread

Barrett's arm looked completely fucked up as he was laying on the outside of the ring... really fucked up.

The main event was probably the best part of RAW, followed by the Undertaker/HHH confrontation, and surprisingly enough... Cena's promo. It honestly sounded like Cena the person, not the character, has serious issues with Dwayne Johnson. Very well done.

I'm intrigued as to how the Cena/Rock match is going to end up... Because you would expect them to let Cena win seeing as he's an active WWE wrestler, where as The Rock is just making the odd appearance. But at the same time you cant see them building this fight up for an entire year to let The Rock lose, surely?

It doesn't make sense for The Rock to win because he wont make any further appearances after Wrestlemania! Your views?

Despite being a firm fan of The Rock, I don't think they'll allow him to win at Wrestlemania but I'd love it if he did though. He probably will make the odd appearance after Wrestlemania but he'll be in the background like the rest of the Attitude Era wrestlers who've come back.

Would love to see an Attitude Era Royal Rumble though, like the Gimmick Battle Royale in 2001 (I think it was) when they had people like Tugboat, Sgt. Slaugher, One Man Gang and other great gimmicks involved.

The Rock's beating Cena unless they want to turn Cena heel, this is the opportunity, but in normal circumstances, Rock's going to win.

Don't get me wrong, I want The Rock to win! But is there much point in letting The Rock win? It does nothing for WWE unless the wrong was to continue the rivalry beyond Wrestlemania! They've only referred to The Rock/Cena rivalry on a few occasions since last years Wrestlemania haven't they?

The Rock is the difference between Wrestlemania getting about 850,000 buys and over 1m buys, so if he wnats to win, he'll be winning. It's in Miami so the obvious result is Rock winning, unless as I say they want Cena to turn heel.

I suppose your right, it's all about money & sales these days! I don't watch wrestling enough to know who's good & who's bad these days! I literally watch the odd PPV if I'm awake and it's on! Haven't religiously watched it for 6 or 7 years!

At this time Brodus is off TV, Vince isn't happy at the direction he's going in in terms of in ring quality so he's off TV for the forseeable future.

Must be hard to try and fit the whole roster into story lines, I bet there's a ton of people listed on the website who haven't been on TV in ages! Maybe it's time they got rid of the one's who aren't pulling there weight!

Henry won't be "future endeavored" he paid his dues with the company and rumor has it he's been looking at retirement for a while. His World Title run was a thank you for his years of service for the most part, combined with his increased work ethic for the last year or so.
