I like jeff hardy but don't know what has been going on with him, what happened?

He showed up pissed or on something to the TNA PPV when he was supposed to have a match against Sting for the title. They hurridly changed it so that Sting tucked him up in a couple of seconds. Hardy was so out of it he didn't even seem to know where he was or what was happening.
