He gets a message from Trinity "follow the white rabbit" and he follows a chick with a rabbit tattoo and they go to a club that is playing Rob Zombie. He meets Trinity who talks to him. He goes to work and gets a phone and Morpheus tries to get him out of work but he fails and the agents get him. They put a bug in his stomach. He meets Trinity et al. who take the bug out of his stomach and takes him to Morpheus who gives him the choice between the Red Pill and the Blue Pill. Neo takes the red pill. Why is it rewriting itself? Because Cypher wants to go back into the Matrix and sold out his friends. He is a cunt of the highest order. Well a fight starts and some people are killed because Cypher goes back to the Nebuchanezzar and starts unplugging them (they are plugged into a machine to get into the Matrix) and shoots one of the guys who mans the computer before he himself is finally killed. Morpheus is taken.
Neo, Trinity and Tank work at getting Morpheus back (who is being held by the agents who are beating him to try and find out where Zion is. Zion is where the humans who were never in the Matrix live). They get some guns and then storm the building and I love the fight scene.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeelll they get Morpheus and Neo dodges bullets. Something no one has done before! They make it to a subway pay phone and Morpheus and Trinity go. But then Neo is ambushed by Agent Smith. Now it's a race against time. Neo must get to another phone to get back to the Nebuchanezzar but at the same time sentinals (they look a bit like metal octopi and destroy ships) are coming towards the ship. The ship must power down so it isn't detected BUT if it powers down with Neo in the Matrix, he dies! Agent Smith kills Neo and here we find out what The Oracle told Trinity. She was told she would fall in love with THE ONE! She kisses Neo and his heart starts beating (AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW) and in the Matrix Neo gets up and starts controlling bullets that were coming toward him. Neo then kills Agent Smith and gets back to the the Nebuchanezzar just before the sentinals come!
Right at the end Neo makes a call and tells them he will prove that anything is possible. He then flies into the sky. Cue credits.
