That's besides the 6 Major Movie productions that kept the Star Trek name going and the reason Star Trek Next generations was created..
Never seen "The Cage" huh? Technically, the pilot to Star Trek starred Captain Christopher Pike, but after that was met with shit ratings they rebooted it with James T. Kirk, so even if Kirk had never been created, Starfleet would still exist.

blow sisko out of a cargo bay. Kirk was unorthodox....and did wear a girdle, he did stick his Dick where no man had gone before,...I give him credit for making a bamboo cannon that shot diamonds utilizing bird shit. Kirk and Picard are almost total opposite's but they both rocked, great balance ......and I give Pike credit for being the only one who got fucked up suffering physical deformity for years. Scott bacula quantum lept into a role that I'm not sure he was cut out for. Janeway was a closet nympho Nazi that never got relief from her dilithium powered photon torpedo pogo dildo...shall I go on?

Sorry, had to finish a number ( but which? )...now where was I ?..... Oh yeah .......sisko and janeway were affirmative action in space that's just my opinion, but I think those were in a lot of ways ...a step down. I wasn't real big on whoopie, but the back story tie in with the movie was done well,...and you gotta love how creepy mcdowel(?sp) can be, ..there will never be another Spock...you can't go wrong with a damn sexy female officer with brains in a cat suit ...empath...ehh......KAHN!!!!...awesome ....ant lion brain suckers ......awesome.......Borg.....awesome.
Bakula ...not so much , rene arbenjouis(?sp).......wtf!!??....stick with Benson. Worf......got better with time. Kelly was a funny liberace country doctor,...Mr. Scott ......awesome, Frakes..like Worf...could have been better but was still good, data ....awesome ....used as a battery powered sex toy.....priceless yet it was the end for female head of security (the death of a yellow shirt ) , ....I'm starting to feel way to trekky/ nerdy....(urge to checks pocket protector)

Jean-Luc Picard hands down, he started off being a grumpy old man but he really grew as a character imo.

Best Star Trek Baddie
These are the ones that Star Trek used to frequently have battles/disputes with. In the case of the Klingons where it was The Original Series that were the baddies until The Next Generation where Lieutenant Worf was the security chief on the bridge..

Personally, I like the Borg best (because I like 7 of 9 and the Borg Queen). The best quote about them "They certainly don't look Swedish" :24: in the First Contact movie
Can't remember other enemies they have frequently had battles with, perhaps the Hirogens and the Kazons (Star Trek: Voyager)?
