President Obama's bow was just simply a sign of respect, nothing more. If you don't disagree that people get worked up over stupid shit, then why are you going so crazy over this? The Japanese and Saudi Arabians praised it as a sign of respect. He's just showing respect for their culture. Believe me, President Obama knows what he's doing.
Gosh, you look like you just want to stir things up and would rather that we start wars rather than respect each other. Sheesh. People showing respect to one another is a GOOD thing.

He looked like a pandering fool in his ill-fated attempt to show "respect". Furthermore, how do you get from me having an issue with the leader of our country bowing to a monarch of another to me somehow being supportive of the war in Iraq. Those two things have absolutely nothing to do with each other; I can disagree with the President making himself look the fool, and I can at the same time disagree with a war in Iraq. Those two separate issues are far from being mutually exclusive.

If you had read what I've posted, I don't consider this issue to fall into the realm of "stupid shit". The first time that he did it, I didn't make a big deal of it, figured that his advisers fucked up, and didn't really think about it again. But not he seems to be making a point of it. I very seriously disagree with the Apologize for America tour he's been on since he took office. Did we have a retard for President for the previous eight years? There are some pretty strong arguments to support that. But that doesn't excuse the current retard making things even worse, both domestically and abroad.

LMAO, this bowing episode is now taking centre stage. Maybe Obama did it to distract you guys from the record public debt of $12 trillion.

How low will he go?
He reached maximum:
  • A 15-degree bow is appropriate when passing someone along the corridor.
  • A 30-degree bow is the most common and is used for welcoming a guest, or entering or leaving a conference room.
  • A 45-degree bow is for important clients, apologies or formal occasions like weddings.
  • The rare 90-degree bow is reserved for very important people such as the emperor.
