Claiming that sex if you're uncut is more pleasurable is speculation at best.

That claim may be wrong but it isn't speculation. Here is the testimony of one man:

On a scale of 10, the uncircumcised penis experiences pleasure of at least 11 or 12; the circumcised penis is lucky to get to 3. If men who were circumcised at birth knew the loss of pleasure they would experience, they would storm the hospitals and not permit their sons to undergo this.”

Maybe Rick just had it done by a lousy doctor. I don't know. Anyway, my point is it should be the choice of the person having it done when they are old enough to make that choice.

It's not speculation. The glans is protected by the foreskin. When you remove that protective covering, the glans gets exposed to countless surfaces and it numbs it. It DOES get desensitized.

I'm not saying that people SHOULD be circumcised, I'm saying that it should be up to the parents whether or not it will happen to their child, about female circumcision, I've heard that is far more dangerous and complicated than male circumcision, I'd have to educate myself more on it before I could say that it should or shouldn't be done.

It's speculation because there's is no possible way to gather a qualified sample to compare. You cannot use people who were cut as adults and say the results are the same as if they'd been cut as a baby. It simply cannot be proven.

As a youngster I wasn't really sure what it was for because the girls didn't have one. Then as I got older I started hearing about stuff but even that didn't make sense at the time. Over time as I got a bit older and I knew, as Steve Martin so eliquintly called it " my special purpose ", was given to me for a " special reason". Eventually I got to where I actually had the chance to test it's sensitivity as it was originally intended and boy it worked like a charm. It's now been about 42 years since it got it's first real workout and things haven't changed in the sensitivity department.

Did I ever tell you guys why I hate mosquitoes? Man they create quite a breeze when they travel in groups.

I stand corrected. You're right. That part is speculation. :thumbup

But I still think that someone else doesn't have the right to decide for me whether I have it done. If it were a necessary procedure then I would feel differently. But it's not. It's just a tradition.

The clitoral glans is highly sensitive, containing as many nerve endings as the analogous organ in males, the glans penis,but concentrated in a smaller surface,thus making it particularly well-suited for sexual stimulation.
