I'm not saying there's a definite connection between not being circumcised and and being a pure evil tyrannical threat to freedom the world over...

... but there may be something there.

Hmmmm, think about this, out of all the famous dicators and conquerors in the worlds history, how many of them were circumcised and how many were uncircumcised?
