All of this arguing about political parties and stuff is stupid and pointless. Who gets elected has nothing to do with how many people are in what political party any more. It's all about who groups like Monsanto happen to be supporting.

You guys voted for a one term senator who became a president. He won it fair and square. So stop complaing after voting for him and live with it.

47% of the country/about 60 million people, didn't vote for him.

And for the record, just because somebody wins an election doesn't give them a free pass to rule without criticism.

Yup. Apparently that only happens in the Great Free State of Singapore. :spank:

So everyone that voted for that guy, I hope your happy with mediocrity, because the days of prosperity are behind us.

So you think the former Administration and business climate under Bush has had no effect on our future prosperity?
Why do so many Americans seem to only see politics only in 2-D?? Bush & his cronies screwed the nation. Obama & his Chicago machine are screwing the nation. But everybody is so fearful that the "wrong" guy will get a chance to fuck us that they refuse to support, or even try to find, someone who might actually try to help liberty and freedom.

"Everybody wants the President to succeed." Fuck that! We need to agree on what 'succeed' means, first. Then I think you'll find that most of us want Obama and BOTH sides of the political monopoly to go down in flames.

The phrase is "my COUNTRY, right or wrong," not my government right or wrong.

If you believe in the political system, regardless of how ineffective you think it is, it matters because the people in government are passing the laws and regulations we live under.

What is your proposed alternative? BTW we never all agree on anything. The country runs under a majority rule concept. Right now the majority has rejected pro-business-only conservative bull shit.

The phrase is "my COUNTRY, right or wrong," not my government right or wrong.
Everyone in this forum at one time or another has been bitching about our "country". The phrase has no real meaning. Country to me, includes our people, our belief system, and our system of government.
