I'm willing to be that you could guess it with very little effort.
I don't keep track of what songs you do and do not listen to, so honestly..I couldn't tell you.
Well that was a new experience. I went to the grocery store right after work, got my food, and I'm walking to my car when I see this little girl go running in my direction right into the driving area and right in front of a car. So I let go of my cart, sprint over and pull her out of the way. The driver wasn't paying any attention apparently . Well, I turn around and the girls dad with like a look of rage in his face. He then tells me that I'm going to pay for trying to kidnap his daughter, and punches me in the face. I then explained to him that his daughter nearly got run over and I was trying to save her, point at my cart that's still moving down the parking lot on its own, and the driver of the car stops and apologizes for nearly running her over.
So the dad mumbled an apology and thanks and walked to his car with his kid. Meanwhile I've got a really core jaw, and I'm rather stunned. But hey, a little girl didn't get run over.I'd do it all over again, I just would've tried to explain what happened before I got punched. :24:

Well, the interview went pretty well I think. Sounds like the owner is impressed with me, my experience, and my attitude. I also have experience in some specific areas that put me above basically anyone else that might have applied, and even above some of the people they have right now.
The position is a Systems Engineer, and the company provides mostly Managed Services, along with Project Management, troubleshooting, cabling, and a whole host of other things. The main issue is the 100 mile commute every day until I get myself into a position where I can work autonomously down in my area, and am familiar with all of their policies and procedures. I'd also have to power out two certifications either before I started, or immediately after starting. It'd be two Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certs, which would them give me an MCITP (Information Technology Professional) in Exchange 2010. Getting it in Exchange works well because they don't have a real Exchange guru in the office at this point, and I just finished implementing it at my current job. Then after starting, I'd be expected to try and power out my CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator) within the first six months. That cert is a giant pain in the ass unfortunately. :24:
But it sounds really cool... all job offers are coupled with a training plan as well, with guaranteed pay increases for each certification you get, coupled with good job performance. They've been doing this for 15 years, weathered both the .com bubble bursting and the current recession, and have solidified a substantial client base. It sounds like the first six months would practically kill me, but would be worth it in the end.

Man... I've really done a number on myself lately. Tweaked my shoulder golfing two weekend ago, got sunburned this last weekend, and now my neck got tweaked somehow as well. Plus I've got a ridiculously bad headache today (worse than normal).

Oh my fucking God... how fucking difficult is it to look up my fucking records and see that I have two printers that need to be returned, not just one? I hate dealing with outsourced idiots in another country that speak such shitty english that I have to ask them to repeat themselves after practically every sentence. Hell, she was pronouncing RMA as a word, "hourmay". Seriously?
