Poll! Debbie Rowe wants her children back

As a biological parent, she'll have rights to her children unless she's deemed unfit by the courts. Full custody? Maybe not. But I can't see where a 79 year old woman is a better option than their own mother.

Blood tends to always trump everything else when it comes to children.

...... unless one has a buttload of money ...... :willy_nilly:

*hasn't read anything else*

MJ put in his will that his Grandma should have custody and put in especially that his Ex-Wife should NOT. And hten a family friend if the grandma wasn't capable...

I think that if the grandma isn't capable, then they kids should have some sort of say in it. If they want their biological mom, then yes I geuss...

The kids are too young to have too much say though.

I think this is going to boil down to the legalities. And once the courts get a hold of this matter then it boils down to who has the best,, ergo, the most expensive lawyers. Unless Jackson paid off the ex in huge sums and she has that to use then she probably will lose on a custody battle. She mayl get some visitation and maybe some small joint custody if the Jackson family accepts that. Which raises the question as to if Jacksons mother ever has expressed opinions about the ex in the past

I would be willing to bet that she gets some type of at least partial custody.

Her divorce settlement agreement kept her away from the kids - MJ's choice - not hers. I would be surprised if that is used against her for "not being in the kids lives." I know every state has different laws, but I have a close friend who's a lawyer dealing primarily in family law. She tells me that biology almost always overrides any legal papers or agreements. (wills, divorces, etc) For her to be denied any custody, someone would have to prove that she is unfit to be a parent. Especially if it comes out that the kids are NOT MJ's biologically - in which case no one in the Jackson family would have any legal claim to them.

She says she is the natural mother of two of the Jackson children and will take DNA tests to prove it. She is also willing totake psychological tests.

If she proves maternity, should she gain custody??

No. Twice she has legally disowned them and received money. Initially she said she has had nothing to do with them and she had them for MJ, not herself. She is after a third pay check.

Well she's obviously a bitch but there's less chance of that than MJ being a kiddie fiddler. I'm just sick of not being able to get away from people mourning a nonce. If there is any such thing as society, I really dont want a part of it if it means people not shutting up about and getting angry with you because you dont like paedophiles.

I think at this somber time we all need to think back to the wonderful things he did for all of us. :D

My 2 cents worth
I think she deserves them

SHe has always said she had them for Michael, and that she got paid. BIG DEAL, didnt SJP and Matthew Broderick just have twins to a surrogate they paid?

If he offered me millions to have his kids and I didnt have to root him, I would've done it too.:thumbup

Now, MJ is dead, she wants her kids where they should be now, with their mum.

We know nothing of what has happened with her in the last few years, who;s to say she wont be a good mum

She's made a start by wanting to get them away from all the crap thats going on, and that weird family.
