Agreed. I have 2 rental properties that at one time I tried to sell that cant sell.. My husband has already been told that the airforce base is CUTTING 700 jobs IN HIS DEPARTMENT!!!! If his job gets cut, I will HAVE to go bankrupt. There will be no way around it. I cant afford what i have on my income alone.

If they do sell they will soon have a 3 percent tax added in addition to existing taxes...{Obama not raising taxes at work}
Thats scarey about the 700 jobs being cut...cut in defense and job losses.
Why is he doing cuts in the defense?....and spending keeps going up..but no one benefits?
I hope he doesnt lose his job..I will keep my fingers crossed for you

Those least able to afford it?? Hell, the way obama has been doing it - hes been giving people a free ride! lol KIDDING (well kindof). Seriously, there are something that needs to change. Why do medicaid people have free OBAMA cellphones?? Um? Everyone has access to 911. You can plug any phone up to an outlet and call 911 even with no 911 service. Its called BST Service... 15 years ago, we didnt have cell phones and we made it fine.. why do people need them now. If you cant afford them, you dont need them. I could go on.. but im not because I dont want to get on my podium.

If you can build consumer confidence, you have half the battle won.. Middle class will start to spend again, employers will hire more and more and the wheels will get spinning. If you keep spreading negative slime all the time, people will only eat it up..

Why can Apple sell 3 million mini iPads in a bad economy but people can't afford food ? Great marketing.. Sell people on a positive on stuff they don't need..

Remember 47 percent pay no federal taxes as it is...and you want to shift that further.

Im sorry. Its my negativity from seeing what I see everyday. I shouldnt be that way.. but I am. I see people that are struggling to make it.. and then people that dont work and DO NOTHING but get a paycheck and have a cell phone, food stamps, etc.. they trade their food stamps for drugs, etc... its horrible. But it happens. And granted, some people REALLY do need the help. Those ARE NOT the people I am talking about .. Im talking about the people that ABUSE the system. Those are the people that make me sick. THose people CAN work! If I was the one that didnt have a job, I would work WHERE EVER I could get a job, I wouldnt care if it was picking up dog crap on the side of the road, I would want to provide for my family just like you are doing minderella

They still pays sales tax and state tax...but pay no federal tax...many of that 47 percent...get this actually get money {EIC} they didnt pay in...so they may get back 4 or 5 thousand at the end of the year while they neighbor payed in 5 thousand...as we can see that makes them about equal wealth wise...well having money anyway.

Due to socialism.
Lets say a woman uses day care that the state pays at 100 plus a week...just call it 6 grand a years.
Now give her 4 grand back in EIC ...now up to 10 grand.
The 2 grand she "coulda paid in in taxes"...now up to 12 grand.
Govt insurance on her and the kid{s}...they always seem to take em to the emergency room for runny noses etc....another 5 grand a year.
Ok thats 17 grand a year...this is a pretty typical situation..
Ok lets eliminate that 17 grand.
As it equates to 8.50 an hour in entitlements.
Now can she afford to work for 8 bucks an hour?
No..therefore the employer will have to pay her more or she goes elsewhere for a job.
The same job that paid 8 would pay about 13 to 14 bucks an hour.

Its kind of like the people screaming the whites wont do the work on the farm so they hire the illegals.
Wrong.....pay em more and they will do the work.
Thing is the illegal is getting paid about what the white guy gets paid after all the taxes are deducted ..so in reality they are taking home as much

I have been to the US and you guys have it good except for property taxes.. You can keep those property tax calculations for many of your cities.

You only get what you pay for..

Pay no taxes, get no police, Ambulance, fire, army, coast guard, infrastructure and so on and so on.. I believe some places already cut back on some of those services.
