I used to work at night (into the early hours of the morning), but it was bad for my health, so I switched to working during the day.
It happens with many. Our sleep wake rhythms are actually naturally tuned to day and night cycle. Our hormones follow a light dark cycle. These odd working hours interfere with our biological clock and rhythms.

I am more productive at night than in the morning. That is when everything is calm and one can focus on what is at hand. This is because at night there are limited distractions

Fewer distractions: Early mornings are often characterized by fewer interruptions, allowing for focused work and efficient completion of tasks.

When I was young, I was night person, as now I am growing older, I have become morning person. I try to wake up at 4 and go to bed by 10

I'm more of a morning person. I go to bed early and wake up early and i'm always active in the morning. This is the reason i do most of my chores and online work in the morning.

I’m definitely more of a night person. I find my mind is clearer and more creative in the evening. Mornings? I can manage, but they’re not my favorite.

I always am at my best early in the morning. There is this fresh strength that I seem to have in the early hours of the day. As the day progresses, I always lose that energy even if I don't do anything. For the night, I always sleep. I am not good with depriving myself of sleep.
