I work better during the morning when I wake up early.
It happens with many. Our sleep wake rhythms are actually naturally tuned to day and night cycle. Our hormones follow a light dark cycle. These odd working hours interfere with our biological clock and rhythms.I used to work at night (into the early hours of the morning), but it was bad for my health, so I switched to working during the day.
