lol, I built up quite the legend on Sherdog before I got banned, some people loved me, others were begging for my banning, my name is known across the whole of the interwebz, you must have been out of the MMA forum loop for a while if you never heard of me.

I came in May of 2007 but I lurked for quite a while before that, I probably saw some of your posts as well, a lot would call me a troll but they don't know wtf they're talking about, I was a gimmick, I hate when people can't tell gimmickry from trolling, there is no reason for a good gimmick to be banned since it's not breaking any rules or hurting anything, Gimmickry is an art that actually takes intelligence and creativity whereas a troll is just some punk kid who's not smart enough to be a gimmick so they just post Goatse and scat porn instead, with the exception of a few elaborate well thought out troll jobs trolling is just infantile and stupid, I get insulted to be lumped in with them.
the Sheikh claims to be donnie, I don't know if I believe him though. he was an exception to the rule, trolls are generally morons without a shred of creativity, gimmicks(good ones at least) actually require a good amount of intelligence, it's so irritating being lumped in with 12-15 year old kids who's Idea of funny is posting scat porn.
lol, I don't believe him when he says it, but he does claim to be Donnie, Sheikh is a moron, he has other people run his own website for him, Cameldog would have fallen apart months ago if he really tried to run things himself, it's only held together right now because of 1-2 hard working mods trying to keep things going.
it's actually a great place with only a couple trolls, the spammers just give us a bad name.
yeah, he can be annoying but even so he does have a great site that won't ban you for no good reason.
I belong to a few places like that, they have just gotten old and have run their course. Like FWI
we have a small amount of members so we all know eachother much more personally than you'd get on one as big as Sherdog, with the exception of a couple REALLY annoying posters most everyone is pretty good, even the Sheikh himself though sometimes annoying isn't really that bad, and there has been effort towards cleaning it up too since he added a couple good mods.
Yeah, sounds allot like TCM, FWI, the funk and SMMA. TCM is still going, but the others are dead
there have been some issues lately, a lot of drama but it's finally been resolved, Sheikh seems to have big plans for CD, though whether any of them will actually come through I don't know, but it doesn't appear like it's gonna die any time soon.
