are you trying to put forth a new 'theory'?? oh man, humans are unlike animals in Intellect even if some do behave like beasts!
We're intelligent animals but animals nonetheless, this is not a "theory" it is a fact, no matter how we are living present day that doesn't change the fact that our ancestors lived in caves and competed with other animals for survival.

john trudell is an artist, some might even consider him the native american poet laureate.
you have only called his poetry propaganda without ever saying one word in criticism about why you think it's propraganda and why that makes all of his premises about the hypocrisy of the christian colonialists invalid and unworthy of discussion.

The use of powerful images and words to convert somebody to your way of thinking is propaganda, I didn't say propaganda is a bad thing, and I didn't criticize him because I don't disagree with him, I'm not going to deny that the colonists fucked over the Natives.

On topic. I watched the video, I will admit I had to skip through it the drums were getting agitating and making it difficult to focus on the point he was trying to drive home.
I have Indian blood linked in my heritage, among with many others (Irish, Scottish, Norwegian, English, American, etc...) Minds are being 'exchanged/lost' for technologies on both sides of the spectrum.
Corruption of races is not only on the placed with whites, Native American Indians were at war with each other over territory/land... more disgrace goes to the those who have power and abused it. I'm not saying my ancestors are forgiven, or had right for what they did, but it's not so different than whats been going on for thousands of years. The scales are different, but their weight is same even if it doesn't like it.

the racism i felt was admittedly read in somewhat to the rap about how the whites won the land fair and square. it was one of those lurking sensations rather than outright hate speech.
people of all races spawn violent, warmongering, slavekeeping, demon worshippers. blacks sold blacks down the river to the european slave traders. the orientals do the same thing.
in north america, many of the white victories depended on scouts from competing nations to even find the people they wanted to slaughter.
trudell does not, in my opinion, represent the sentiment of the native american elders, who speak more toward forgiveness and reconciliation and not to dwell on the past as trudell does.
I'd be careful about putting words in peoples posts that aren't there. Just a FYI.
Dwelling in the past isn't healthy, remember it, educate the naive youth on it and how it could of been done better... to hold hatred on it when guiltily parties are now dead/dying/etc is a bit.... can't really think of the word I'm reaching for, so 'pointless' will have to do... It breeds only more hatred, not solutions.
I don't hate Native Americans any more than I hate anyone else, all people are equally worthless in my eyes, I really couldn't care less who did what to who in the past, wars are fought, people die, people get fucked over, It really does't matter to me.

fine, this is racist. all it's missing is a statement about which is the strong race and which are the inferior ones.

as i said, john trudell, is a poet and an AIMster. i've met him. he has a lot of resentment for what happened and continues to happen to his people. with leonard peltier still in prison and vern bellacourt passed on, AIM may have some gaps in its leadership from the more moderate, reconciliatory elders. i don't know, i've been away from them for over 10 years.
