 I've answered clearly several times.
:dunnoI don't understand. Yes, I've said salvation is a gift. This gift is offered to us. I've stated this already as well.
:humm:

I'm sorry I did not understand your answer. Your saying salvation is a gift we all get, no conditions required? Does your belief have a name?

My belief? Does it have a man made label?
Not sure I am following you.

So far what you've said is salvation a gift. How is the gift of salvation offered, how is it earned or gained? Is it unconditional or are there conditions? So far you've offered no meaningful info I can understand on the subject other than "just believe".

When I ask about your belief I'm looking for your religious affiliation like Catholic, Presbyterian, S. Baptist, Pentecostal, etc.

It was offered to all of mankind through ultimate sacrifice of Christ. No longer are bulls and calfs brought to to the slaughter for our sins.

how is it earned
Again, it isn't earned.

or gained?
By accepting the fact that Christ was sacrificed for our sins ... i.e. by accepting God's gift.

Is it unconditional or are there conditions?
It is unconditional. He comes to us right in the middle of our mess.

So far you've offered no meaningful info I can understand on the subject other than "just believe".
I have offered plenty of meaningful information. I am sorry that you are not picking up what I am throwing down. Maybe luc or gp can explain the same thing I am saying in different words that you'll relate to better.

I am no denomination. I believe in God. I can no more be put into a box than God can. ;)

I understand now. You believe that because God allowed his son to be murdered by his children, we are all forgiven. Honestly I see no logic or merit in these actions especially as a mechanism to forgive all humans for all time. Your God is truly beyond my power of reason. No need for you to try to explain it. ;)

Since your placing all of your hopes and future on Jesus, I'd call you a non-denominational Christian.

So you guys are wimp'n out huh?
Huh!! Never!! :D

When different people of radically different views, it's very rare you going to convince the other. These discussions have more effect on those who are not sure, have not made up their minds.
Agree entirely.

Christ died on the cross for all. It is His blood that saves.
Allegedly!

I did not have to do anything for Christ to give His life. He came to me in my mess and in my sin.
He demands nothing of me. Fortunately for me His love and Holy Spirit moves me into action and I am blessed for that. But I did nothing to earn the gift. What His loves compels me to do after I am saved is not a requirement for salvation, but rather a blessing in life.
So I'm 'saved' and I don't have to do anything more?

I'm with you on that one Minor.
