If increased spending exceeds cuts then there is not a reduced spending.
You know just like that half trillion a year he was supposed to reduce that didnt happen.
And you do understand that 2 trillion is for a 10 year period....which is chump change as that comes out to two tenths of a trillion per year.
So even if he did accomplish his cuts they are chump change.
When will people stop believing promises and start looking at whats is actually delivered.

MI now has a balanced budget without gimmicks. We have a one year budget but the gov presents a 2 year plan. Smart governing. Too much to expect from the feds who can do what they want
