no....that's just evidence of our ability to percieve, and interpret.....
as you say
the evidence is only a function of HOW YOU ARE LOOKING AT IT.

see what i mean? :p

something each of us needs to do :thumbup

I'm not trying to be a smart ass here, but I have no idea what you're trying to say.

Circumstantial evidence only, if it was in a court case it would never stand up.

Not true. If we went to court and brought with us a work of art, and the goal of the case was to discover if there were an artist at one point, the piece itself would be irrefutable proof that at one time or another, somebody, somewhere, put brush to canvas.

I dont have a competing theory of creation because I can accept I dont know everything. I'm not gulliable enough to believe in something with no evidence though. However, I keep an open mind. If you find some evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that there is a god, you get back to me, ok?;)

You believe that matter came into existance from nothing then?

The fact that there is a universe is undeniable proof that matter was created at one point. There is only one theory as to how that could have happened. Choosing not to believe the theory is fine, but to state unequivocally that it is wrong, with ZERO ability to counter seems a bit early to me.

lol come on, you're much more intelligent that that....and to be using this old, worn out creationist argument which has been refuted so many times?

You say that about everything. :) I think there must me an atheist handbook out there somewhere that lists Step 1: Comment on argument as quaint. This act alone can drag weaker individuals to more submissive ground.

Plus, this "evidence" of yours is not evidence of a creator at all, just evidence that things exist.

I mean, I could argue that since things DO exist, that DISPROVES god, seeing as how all creations are made out of want or need. Two things god cannot have because he is in the state of perfection, and to want or need anything is to not be god.

See atheist vs. artist case above.

Yeah....glad to hear that your mind is open!!! The first thing I'd ask you to do is read through the bible, starting with the new testament. If you are open to it, the holy spirit will speak to you through God's word, your eyes will be opened to the truth.
There is so much in there that will allow you see that God is real....I promise:)

If you don't care to read the bible, then I'll just pray that God will be reveiled to you if thats ok?
If you are really open to finding God, you will find him.

I already read the Bible with an open mind, it is a poorly written and a thoroughly evil book so bang goes your theory out of the window. I recently smoked some of it when I ran out of rizlas, the only good use it has.

It's not my fault you're using outdated and ridiculous Kent Hovind arguments, like the "artist" one. Its a classic "you come upon a watch on the beach" argument where someone equates a non biological item to evolution or the big bang by arguing that a human made thing is the same as something that is found in nature. its one giant fallacy and quite frankly an ignorant one.

PinkZebra you should have said to read the bible with blind acceptance. When a religion is based on absurdities which can never be explained or be viable such as Noahs Ark and the 6000 year old earth there is no credibility.
