The problem isn't religion, per se. The problem is the fanatics practicing it.

As far as I can tell, neither Jesus Christ nor Muhammed advocated violence. But a select few of their followers darn sure do.

Religion - OK, good even.

yes, I hate religion in the sense that I think it holds mankind back from what we could truly be. Thats still not bashing religion, its simply stating that I have a different view of the world than you. I don't hate it in the sense that I would ever use violence against people that choose to practice it. Not that kind of person. To say i fear it is folly. I do not fear something that I do not believe in.
