I saw someone on Facebook post what they said was a promo picture for a new episode that might prove you right about that.
I put it on my Photobucket;

I don't know, but it looks like it! That's the same thing I thought when I first saw it too.
And it probably is, because when that person had posted it, they said that the episode that that promo is for (episode 7) will be called A Good Man Goes To War.

Rory definitely isn't a plastic-thing anymore, I was reading about this become someone suggested Amy's baby couldn't be his if he was plastic but apparently, when the doctor went through the rift and got erased, Rory being plastic had never happened, so he's defo a human.

I don't think he is, but what if he just thinks he's human and turns out to be plastic or something?
But I read somewhere else that
Rory could still be plastic because of Amy and the crack in the wall; it caused worlds to sort of mesh together. The world where Rory died and ended up plastic and the world where Rory is still alive. The world where the doctor is killed by the Spaceman and the world where he never existed. The world where Amy's parents died, the world where Amy's parents are still alive.
They went on to explain that the woman in the hatch might be part of the worlds colliding. Remember last series, Amy said she spend time with doctors because she wouldn't believe that Doctor Who wasn't real. The woman in hatch could be a doctor. Some of the things she says seems to point to this.

I thought it meant that she has to trust him. Do you remember last series when he told her that sometimes he lies but she has to trust him? But I'm not sure
