Do you exercise?

I don't but want too
i started many times some simple stuff doing at home but gave up always
walking is easy and i can do but not sure when as i avoid lately be outside i have problems with my skin so
make it very hard when to go i avoid the sun worse then a vampire now
also heat make it bad too ,,,cold also ,,,, i finish few tubes of cream every month and that's from been careful
i went the other day for a walk when started to get dark that's the only time i can

Yes I sure do almost all the time because it is good for my health and ky well being as one on a weight loss journey

For weight loss you need to exercise and have a good diet.

I do the exercises in daily basis. I am riding my bicycle for longer distances everyday.

Cycling is a great exercise for burning fat.

Yesh it is good to exercise it will help you to lose weight and I'm working on mime here
