Jogging itself is very healthy and especially if it is done during the morning.Yes, I like jogging in the morning. While enjoying the cool morning air will make me more fresh and excited.
Everyone should start it, all doctors will suggest you to start exercising in order to be healthy.I don't. I should defiantly start before I get a heart attack before 40.
You are doing great, exercising at least 3 times per week will also help you to be healthy.I do a 30 minute circuit at the gym 3 times a week as well as some strength exercises for my shoulder at home.
Exercising daily will keep you healthy and will take you to professional levels.There is no day that passes by without me doing my work outs as I am someone who is training and working to become a top pro in a game and so therefore everyday of my life is exercise for me and I do it with joy in my heart knowing fully well that I am doing it for my own good.

Being in diet is very important beside exercising, otherwise it won't work.Used to be so fit and healthy but I found a girl I loved and as you do comfort eat (shit) all the time every day as well as stopped smoking so that made me eat more.
I’m 36 and don’t get me wrong I’m not overweight but I am certainly feeling unfit. So over the past 2 weeks I have started eating salad and meats only. I feel better in myself already but I just got to start doing more walks and the occasional run.
This is the problem with most people. At the beginning you might be lazy but as time passes you will be interested in it.I would like to start with daily exercise and morning walk but somehow I am unable to and feeling lazy all the time lol
