Different words for ones we are used to

In Chicago, they call it Tollways! California = Freeways! Brits, i heard call it =Motorways

In Chicago=washroom! California= restroom.

There's some other East coast States(?) i forgot -who call it Toilet and I think PA(?)= Comfort Room :unsure:

Yup, I heard of Interstate too. Californians would only call it Interstate IF it has an *I* before the # of the freeway/highway like: I-91 etc. Otherwise freeway. :24:

Well call them freeways around these parts. At least I do. I don't know about everyone else around here. I'm originally from New York, and so are all the older generations. But we've all lived here for a long time. I don't know. We have freeways! And we don't have toll roads.

No...we call it a Pharmacy.

The Pharmacy is located in a drug store like a CVS, walgreens, Rite Aid ect. lol

and also they are located in our walmarts, targets, Kmarts, grocery stores

I think the bonnet is the hood (I'm a bit confused as to what a hood is in America. I thought a hood was the fabric cover over the passenger bit of the car, like on a convertible car, if you know what I mean.). The bonnet is the cover that goes over the engine etc at the front of the car.
